Your ability to determine processes for delivery of care from direct patient/family communication, technology and other healthcare team member collaboration is essential.*Additional Requirements:** *Work schedule:*Nights - 3x12s, days vary* *Education*: BSN or ADN _(If ADN: must complete/obtain BSN within 24 months of start date)_* *Experience*: Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting. Oncology experience preferred.* *Certification*: BLS from the American Heart Association & VA RN license* Proficient in English, strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skill and the ability to display a caring demeanor towards others.
