We're looking for a Lead Technical Engagement Manager 4 to join our
ITWorks team.
As an Engagement Manager 4, you plan and direct the work of
cross-functional support teams for technical projects related to
the ITWorks business offerings. Working with both our remote and
client site technical services teams as well as broader Oracle
Technologies and key 3 rd party technology vendors to ensure our
client sites are driving the best technical services and improving
their overall technical environments.
You will be accountable for the development and maintenance of
detailed project plans, schedules and estimates as well as
architecting the platforms that support the teams monitoring and
supporting the sites and services
You will also review and approve project team work to ensure
adherence to scope, quality and efficiency expectations and
implement additional processes or reviews as needed to address
systemic or recurring issues. You will assess and report on
identified and anticipated project risks and lead risk avoidance or
mitigation strategies to minimize project impact. You will Lead
internal and external project meetings, providing updates on
progress against critical paths and achievements, key operational
and financial measures and risk assessments. In this role, you will
engage and manage third party resources as needed to support
project objectives.
Basic Qualifications
At least 10 years total combined related work experience and
completed higher education; including:
At least 5 year project/program management work experience
At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the
duties of the job and/or completed higher education
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or
Business Administration
Experience working with 3 rd party suppliers as well as matrixed
organizations and IT outsourcing
Experience creating and presenting executive status reports for
onsite and business leadership as well as client facing
presentations, as needed
Working knowledge of emerging technologies around cloud computing,
advanced networking and related security technologies
Experience managing program initiatives across multiple clients and
environments
Working knowledge of ITIL definitions and practices for effective
IT delivery services
Clarity PPM, JIRA and/or Remedy experience
Expectations
Must be willing to travel up to 25% as needed
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed
by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security
policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding
corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent
and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Responsibilities
Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal
customers/partners by defining project specifications, performing
feasibility and needs/impact assessments. Develops detailed project
plans and manages all implementation processes including resource
allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process,
testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget
constraints.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific
to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range: from $84,300 to $199,500 per annum. May be
eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to
account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market
conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing
products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the
preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years
of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working
between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20
hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire.
Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each
year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
