This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator with a strong Accounts Payable background who is looking to join our dynamic and stable company.

Qualified Applicants ONLY! This position will offer minimal training so previous experience and a thorough understanding of AP is a FIRM REQUIREMENT.

The Office Administrator will be responsible for assisting and supporting our sales team and manage accounts payable, act as sales admin, track contracts, set up and changes, compose management reports (weekly & monthly), perform HR functions for the branch as well as process payroll, purchase orders and invoices. They will also perform complex and diversified administrative functions that require independent decision making and problem solving with minimal direction.

Essential Qualities:

- 3+ years experience as an Office Administrator supporting a busy professional office.

-Business Professional presentation and communication (written and oral).

- Previous experience handling all aspects of accounts payable and processing payroll for 40+ employees.

? Highly proficient with Excel, must have experience with advanced formulas.

? Previous experience in industrial/construction industry a plus.
