We are seeking a qualified individual who can offer administrative support for our finance department. We are looking for someone with confidence, very energetic, and a problem-solver who likes to work as part of a team.

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
  • Working hand-in-hand with all departments to update new customer details into CRM
  • Pulling customers' credit
  • Collecting and recording company depositsQualifications:
    • 3+ years of finance or office experience
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsNote: Prior experience in a finance or accounting role is preferred but not required.
