Job Description ProspectBlue is seeking a detail-oriented Deductible Collection Associate to support our client's Accounting team on a project basis. This long-term contract role focuses on helping resolve aged deductible balances by coordinating outreach to policyholders, managing documentation, and supporting collection efforts. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Research and verify current contact information for policyholders with outstanding deductible balances using internal systems and online resources Prepare, print, scan, and email letters and invoices using provided templates Communicate with policyholders via email to support collection efforts and route responses to the appropriate internal teams for resolution Assist with referring qualifying balances to third-party collection agencies or arbitration partners Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on assigned accounts Provide general administrative support and complete additional duties as assigned Qualifications: 2–5 years of accounts receivable experience preferred 2–5 years of insurance-related experience preferred Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and efficiency Excellent written communication skills Detail-oriented self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
