Job Description:

Large well known company has a possible temp to hire position available and is looking for candidates with Mail room AND legal copy experience to be considered for this position. Duties would include: preparing incoming and outgoing mail for distribution. Use hand or mail handling machines to time stamp, open, read, sort, and route incoming mail; and address, seal, stamp, fold, stuff, and affix postage to outgoing mail or packages. Duties may also include keeping necessary records and complete forms. This position also requires that you perform some copying and scanning of legal documents, so all candidates who will be considered MUST have legal experience as well.
