a week. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our team during a
busy period. This role involves handling administrative tasks,
coordinating office activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day
operations. Key Responsibilities - Perform general administrative
duties, including data entry, filing, and document management. -
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
professionally. - Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage
calendars. - Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as
needed. - Assist with office supply management and inventory
tracking. - Support team members with ad hoc tasks and projects.
Qualifications & Skills - Previous experience in an administrative
or office support role preferred. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft
Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office
software. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. -
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced
environment. - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving
