the Communications & Marketing Department are to increase
engagement with and enhance the reputation of the Aspen Institute
brand, promote the work of individual Institute programs to help
them reach their target audiences and achieve specific missions,
and serve as a collaborative partner who recommends and executes
strategic communications approaches. The department oversees all
external communications efforts including the Institute website,
social media, media relations, digital editorial content, video,
audio/visual services, graphic design and print publications.ABOUT
THIS ROLEWe are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Live
AV/Events Producer and Editor to join our team. This role combines
expertise in live event production, video editing, and digital
content management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in
producing high-quality live events, editing event-related content,
and managing uploads to our YouTube channel to extend our audience
reach. This role reports directly to the Director, AV/Events. The
salary range for this role is $72,500 - $85,000.Physical

successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with

the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required lift and
move equipment necessary to provide audio-visual services at
events.Occasional early or late hours may be necessary to support
network live broadcast requests. Expectation is to have this role
work in-office at least 3 days per week to support live events as
needed. There may be occasional travel to support productions
