Job Description Job Description Lead Maintenance Supervisor – Alexandria, VA Are you a seasoned maintenance professional ready to lead a team? We’re looking for an experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of property maintenance for a multifamily community. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with competitive pay and growth potential. Pay & Schedule: $26/hr Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Temp-to-Perm for the right candidate Job Responsibilities: Supervise and lead the maintenance team Oversee work orders, troubleshooting, and make-ready turns Ensure compliance with safety standards and property policies Manage preventative maintenance and vendor coordination Be available for on-call and weekend work Qualifications: EPA Type II or Universal Certification required At least 3–4 years of multifamily maintenance experience (boiler experience a plus) Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience Expertise in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, electrical, and carpentry HVAC and CPO certifications highly desired Valid Driver’s License Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Benefits Through BGSF: Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance options PTO or sick leave (as applicable per state/local law) Referral bonuses ZIPW BGN BGSF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
