As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will deliver exceptional HVAC service to the customer by completing and installing HVAC maintenance and accessory installation on residential systems and to ensure all work is performed correctly and is reflective of Hutton's values. You shouldn't apply if: • You prefer not talking to customers • You think that manual labor is for other people • You are not weather resistant (hot/cold) • You don't like driving • You are not likely to apply what you were taught in class Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Prior work experience in the HVAC industry as an HVAC Install Apprentice/ Helper. Possess good analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations. Must be able to use a computer tablet, smart phone and read a map or follow GPS. EPA Certification is a plus, but not required for the position. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Valid driver’s license, and approved to drive by Company’s insurance carrier.
