Job Description Job Description Description: Dispatcher Key Responsibilities: Efficiently schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians to service calls, installations, and maintenance jobs. Coordinate and prioritize service requests to ensure timely and effective service delivery. Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and address service-related inquiries. Monitor technicians' progress throughout the day, adjusting schedules as necessary. Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician assignments, and customer interactions. Ensure that all dispatching activities comply with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with the service team to optimize workflow and improve efficiency. Handle emergency calls and dispatch technicians promptly to urgent service needs. Utilize dispatching software and other tools to manage schedules and track technician availability. Dispatcher Qualifications: Must have 1-2 years of experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar role. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency with dispatching software and other computer applications (e.g., MS Office). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service.
