Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior
Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Registered
Behavior Technician (RBT) position is available to support an
elementary student with behavioral challenges in the Virginia Beach
area. This contract role requires immediate availability and
involves working closely with a special education teacher to
implement behavior intervention strategies and support the students
success in a school setting. Location: Elementary school in the
Virginia Beach area Position Type: Full-time (37 hours per week),
contract through 6/16/26 Start Date: ASAP Assignment Details:
Provide 1:1 support to an elementary student exhibiting aggressive
behaviors Assist in implementing the Behavior Intervention Plan and
behavior supports Collect data on behavioral and academic progress
Escort the student between classes and during unstructured times to
ensure safety Collaborate directly with the special education
teacher Qualifications: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
license required Experience working with elementary-age students
preferred Ability to effectively manage aggressive behaviors using
evidence-based practices Strong data collection skills and
attention to detail Willingness to work onsite full-time (no hybrid
