Job Description Job Description Chipton-Ross is seeking an
Electrical Engineer 4 for a contract opportunity in Newport News,
VA BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): 9 Years with
Bachelors in Science; 7 Years with Masters; 4 Years with PhD.-
Newport News Shipbuilding requires a Bachelor’s Degree in
engineering from an ABET accredited program. PPE: Hard hat, steel
toe boots, and safety glasses POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Researches, develops, designs, and tests electrical components,
equipment, systems, and networks. Designs electrical equipment,
facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial,
industrial, and domestic purposes. REQUIRED EDUCATION: Bachelor's
Degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program is required.
WORK HOURS: 5/40 workweek. First Shift 6:00AM-2:30 PM
