SUMMARY:*We are currently recruiting a Project Manager. The Project
Manager is responsible for overseeing various projects. The
candidate will be responsible for the overall completion of
projects assigned from start to finish. Successful candidates must
possess the knowledge, experience, and confidence to engage and
professionally interact with staff, vendors, and state officials,
and other related duties as assigned. This FULL TIME position
starts at $40 per hour and is Remote. Must reside close to
Richmond, VA.*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* Reasonable

to perform the essential functions. Preparation of the project
schedule. Review the project plans and specifications and comment
on the design, scheduling, possible cost savings measures and
potential construction problems. Assist estimator in preparation of
project budget. Prepare the general conditions budget. Assist in
assembling the job site office and equipment requirements. Have
confidence in own ability to intelligently communicate with design
team/client as well as effectively lead the trades. Expedite all
shop drawings and approvals. Be familiar with and able to follow
state procurement guidelines. Monitor and maintain the project
schedule on a weekly basis. Raise and discuss relevant issues at
the job site meetings. Prepare & issue minutes of all site
meetings. Maintain and enforce good standards and quality control.
Control and monitor expenses.* Participate in developing department
goals, objectives, and systems.* Participate in staff meetings and
attend other meetings and seminars as assigned.* Recommend new
approaches, policies, and procedures, to continually improve
efficiency of the department and services performed.* Efficiently
performs duties as assigned and works as a team within division and
company.* Perform other related duties as assigned.*Required
Skills/Abilities:* Proficient in Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in state procurement guidelines preferred. *Preferred*
State Procurement experience* Excellent verbal, written, and
listening communication skills within the English language.*
Proven, high quality customer service (internal and external
customers).* Ability to work collaboratively.* Solid ability to
analyze situations carefully and adopt appropriate courses of
action.* Ability to understand and adhere to the duties, methods,
and procedures required by the position.* Excellent organizational
skills and attention to detail.* Ability to prioritize tasks.*
Ability to effectively communicate to large and small group
audiences.* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related
software.*Education and Experience:** High school diploma or
equivalent, required.* A bachelors and/or masters degree,
preferred.*Physical Requirements:** Prolonged periods of sitting at
a desk and working on a computer.* Must be able to lift and move up
to 25 pounds at times.* Standard hours of work Monday through
Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm.* Travel may be required up to 10% of the
