• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Law, Business, or Compliance.
  • Experience with risk identification and developing solutions for ongoing compliance and issue mitigation.
  • Knowledge of compliance program management principles, risk assessment methodologies, and internal control frameworks.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to bring structure to complex situations and excellent problem-solving skills.About the jobThe Google Compliance team ensures our business aligns with current financial regulations. This team balances Google's legal and compliance requirements with the dynamic needs of our users and company values. You will proactively identify gaps in policies and develop solutions, creating efficient compliance systems to be implemented across the organization. Your thoroughness will help Google pursue innovative ideas while maintaining compliance.We seek an experienced compliance program manager to lead key privacy compliance initiatives. You should understand compliance frameworks, risk assessment, and internal controls, with the ability to influence and collaborate organization-wide.The US base salary range for this full-time role is $131,000-$192,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary details depend on role, level, location, skills, experience, and education.     • Lead and execute compliance programs across product areas to promote compliance standards and principles.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on program goals and strategies.
    • Build relationships and communicate findings to management at all levels.
    • Create training materials for business partners and collaborate to improve compliance programs.
