Provides optimal services for patients and physicians in conjunction with OR Shift Supervisors, Specialty Coordinators and ancillary departments. Is liaison and representative for the PeriAnesthesia Manager for Main OR PACU and Administrative Director. This position services the following populations: neonate, infant, child, adolescent, adult and geriatric.EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS:1. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.2. Current licensure as Registered nurse in the state of Virginia or awaiting reciprocity.3. Knowledge of the operation of PeriAnesthesia suites and the current nursing care processes and skills utilized in providing patient care.4. One to two years as a professional PeriAnesthesia nurse.5.
