*Employer Description:*Privately owned Physical Therapy practice with 4 clinic locations providing a full range of rehab services in the beautiful and scenic Shenandoah Valley.*Compensation:*$73k - $88k depending on experience.*Benefits Offered:*Benefits package including:* Medical* Dental* Vision* 401(k) with up to 4% match* CE Allowance $2000/year* Paid time off, 20 days/year* Life insurance* Prof. Liability insurance paid for* Possible tuition reimbursement*Requirements of the Physical Therapist** Will consider new grads, prefer a few years experience.* Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from accredited college.* Current Physical Therapy license in Virginia.* We use WebPT.*Job info and responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:*We are seeking a wonderful Physical Therapist to join our growing privately owned physical therapy practice providing outpatient ortho with a smattering of everything else: TMD, dry needling, fascial manipulation, pelvic health, neuro, sports, surgical rehab, vertigo, laser and more.We service patients of all ages in a 2400 sq ft facility with standard equipment such as treadmill, weights, resistance equipment, laser, e-stim, etc.Your responsibilities will include patient treatment from evaluation to discharge, internal as well as external marketing through talking with interested clients, seminar participation, involvement in community activities.Come with an open mind to learn and share treatment experiences that allow all of us to grow. You need to be a team player, no cowboys/cowgirls, and open to mentorship.We believe our drive and energy provided by our staff continues to make a difference in our healthcare system today.
