The Physical Therapist provides services within VA Licensure, TJC and CMS guidelines for patient care and billing for services.*Requirements:* *Required Education: *Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program *Required Experience: *At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist I if advancing from Physical Therapist I to Physical Therapist II. 2 or more years of experience if being hired into Physical Therapist II *Required Licensure/Certifications: *Current VA PT license.
