Cardiothoracic Surgery 24-Hour Call Coverage Locums Job in Northern Virginia Inpatient Shifts + 24 Hour Call Coverage Starting June 2Look forward to working with an experienced Cardiac Team that prides themselves on patient satisfaction and continuity of patient care. Seeking Coverage: - Shifts will be 8-10 hours of inpatient coverage (block surgeries, emergent surgeries, rounding, follow up, etc.) + 24 hour call coverage in tandem every other day on most weeks & every 3rd day for a select few weeks.- Will cover weekend call for each stretch Monday, June 2 at 7AM - Monday, June 11 at 7AM Monday, June 16 at 7AM - Monday, June 23 at 7AM Monday, June 30 at 7AM - Monday, July 7 at 7AM (4th of July = time and a half daily rate pay) Monday, July 7 at 7AM - Monday, July 13 at 7AM Monday, August 4 at 7AM - Monday, August 10 at 7AM Monday, September 1 at 7AM - Monday, September 7 at 7AM Monday, September 22 at 7AM - Monday, September 28 at 7AM Monday, November 3 at 7AM - Monday, November 9 at 7AM- Will have intermittent ongoing coverage needs Details/Requirements : Active + unrestricted Virginia license + DEA is required Active Board Certification required Facility's Cardiac Staff: will work alongside of 2 CT Surgeons, 1 lead PA, 2 integrated RN care managers, 1 clinic RN + 1 clerical staff member Call rotation will vary from 1:2 (when 1 of the 2 staffed surgeons are on vacation) and 1:3 when both staffed surgeons are on site Case volume: can expect 4-10 cases/week minimally Will have CT Surgery APP support Will not cover while on assignment: Impella 5.5 / ECMO / or TAVR and/or Heart Transplant Donor Patient population is 100% Adult + Geriatric Facility details: Epic EMR, 220+ bed facility, not a designated trauma center Jackson and Coker offers:+ Weekly Direct Deposit+ Top Rated Malpractice Insurance+ In-House Travel Agency+ 24/7 Recruiter Availability+ Experienced In-House Privileging CoordinatorsExperience why Jackson and Coker has been recognized by Forbes and Staffing Industry Analysts for our commitment to service excellence.Apply Today!Paige ReidFor more jobs, visit Jackson and Coker.
