We are actively looking to hire talented licensed therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Virginia, who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. /nWe offer licensed therapists: - Sign-on bonus - Annual cash bonus up to $8,000 - Full-time W-2 positions - Strong work-life balance. - Flexible schedule, set your own hours - On-site & hybrid positions, offering both In-person & remote flexibility (minimum 3 days in-office) - Collegial environment with a multidisciplinary team. - Full administrative support, handles all billing & scheduling. - Latest in digital technology. - 100% malpractice insurance coverage. - Full benefits package: medical insurance/vision/dental/life/disability benefits/401k (match). - Annual income potential: $85,000 to $103,000 Licensed therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking: - Therapists independently licensed and credentialed in Virginia as an LPC, LCSW or LMFT. - Experienced in working with child and adolescent populations.
