- BC / BE Family Medicine - Employed, full-time position - 100% outpatient - Group has about 18 providers. This location has 1 MD and 2 NPS - See ages 18 - Variety of payors, private insurance and Medicare - Avg 15-20 patients per day - Typical Mon-Fri regular office hours. Some start / end time flexibility available - Phone call only: about 1:12 weekdays and every 8-10 weekends - 4 day week can be considered - EMR = Athena - Salary plus quarterly productivity and quality bonus - $230,000 base for new graduates, negotiable for experienced providers - Shareholder option - Matching 401k retirement - Life, disability, dental, - PTO = 4 weeks in year one; 5 weeks starting in year 2 - Join a physician friendly practice and find the job satisfaction and work life balance you have been seeking - Wonderful family-friendly direct suburb of DC with excellent retail, dining, and educational options
