About the Clinician's Workday The position follows a 24hour shift model within a Level III (B) NICU licensed for 13 beds across 4 pods, with an average census of 10-13 patients. The unit cares for infants 26 weeks and up, provides ventilation support, and does not perform surgical cases onsite. The role includes managing a wide range of neonatal conditions and providing delivery room coverage for atrisk infants, with the facility averaging approximately 2,600 deliveries per year.
