Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in the
Richmond, VA area at a K-12 school setting. This contract position
runs from January 12, 2026, through the end of the school year on
May 29, 2026. The role involves working with a diverse caseload
across various age groups, supported by Speech-Language Pathology
Assistants (SLPAs) and onsite facilitators. Key Responsibilities:
Providing comprehensive speech-language evaluations and therapy
services to students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Collaborating with educators, families, and support staff to
develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports in
compliance with state and federal guidelines. Supervising and
guiding SLPAs and facilitators in delivering speech-language
services. Participating in team meetings and ongoing professional
development activities. Qualifications and Experience: Masters
degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active VA SLP license
required. Experience working in school settings is preferred.
Flexibility to manage a varying caseload spanning multiple age
groups. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Location:
Richmond, VA (Henrico County) Contract Details: Full-time schedule.
Duration: January 12, 2026 May 29, 2026. Position is located onsite
at one or multiple schools within the district. Caseload and number
of schools assigned will be determined. This role is ideal for an
SLP passionate about supporting school-aged children with speech
