skilled in stepdown care, focused on providing exceptional patient
support in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity involves
working with patients requiring close monitoring and complex care,
ensuring their stability and progress through critical recovery

Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients
recovering from acute illness or surgery in a stepdown unit.
Monitor and assess patients continuously, recognizing changes in
condition and responding promptly. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized
care plans. Administer medications and treatments accurately and
safely. Educate patients and families about health conditions, care
procedures, and recovery processes. Maintain detailed documentation
in compliance with healthcare standards and policies.
Qualifications/Desired Experience: Current RN licensure with
experience in stepdown or critical care nursing. Strong clinical
assessment and patient monitoring skills. Ability to prioritize and
manage multiple patient needs effectively. Excellent communication
and teamwork abilities. Commitment to delivering compassionate,
