PowerBack Rehabilitation invites applications for the role of Director of Rehab Clinical, a key position dedicated to leading our clinical rehabilitation team. The Director will oversee the development and implementation of rehabilitation services that are patient-centered and designed to achieve optimum results in the recovery process. The role requires a combination of clinical expertise and leadership skills to manage our interdisciplinary team and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. By joining our facility, the Director will play a crucial role in shaping the recovery journeys of patients dealing with the aftermath of surgery, injury, or illness, ensuring they receive the highest quality of rehab care tailored to individual needs. Lead and manage the rehabilitation services department, overseeing all clinical and administrative operations. Develop, implement, and continually update tailored rehabilitation programs based on patient needs and latest evidence-based practices. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and uphold the highest standards of care and ethics. Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to foster a skilled, knowledgeable, and motivated team. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to develop effective treatment plans and improve service delivery. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs, making adjustments as necessary to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Manage the departmental budget, including allocations for staff, equipment, and resources necessary for high-quality care. Strong leadership and organizational skills Expertise in clinical rehabilitation services Ability to design and implement effective rehabilitation programs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in healthcare management and administration Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist Certification in healthcare management (e.g., FACHE) preferred
