Virginia Beach, VA COMPENSATION: Salary $140k $10k Bonus We are a

low-income seniors with complex chronic diseases. Our approach

able to practice medicine the way it should be practiced. We build
relationships with our patients the old fashion way, we have a
reduced patient panel that allows us to see them with a higher
frequency. Simply put, we give our patients the time and respect
they deserve and require. Role: Compensation: $140k Bonus: Up to
10k year 1 and goes up as a partner. 18-20 patients a day Hours:
Monday Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a 5:00p (last patient
is scheduled at 4:15) Work/Life Balance Small Patient Panel 450
patients max Administrative time included in schedule No nights or
weekends 100% outpatient Dedicated Care and support team (have your
own MA, Scheduler & Referal Speecialist Patient Population: Seniors

Transportation Requirements: Board Certified Nurse Practitioner 2
years NP outpatient primary care experience Geriatric experience
