Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiac Catheterization Lab Location: Arlington, VA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,276 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Cath Lab Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Cath Lab Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours (07:00 - 17:30) Experience: Must have experience in left heart catheterization (LHC), LHC PCI, right heart catheterization (RHC), peripheral procedures, IMPELLA, balloon pump, and rotablader. License: Must have either RCIS or ARRT certification. If ARRT, a valid state license is required at the time of submission. Certifications: BLS, ACLS. Must-Have: Experience in LHC, LHC PCI, RHC, peripheral procedures, IMPELLA, balloon pump, rotablader. General Skills: Scrub, monitor, EKG, and cardiac cath lab procedure experience. Electrophysiology Procedure Experience: Cardioversion. Description: The Cath Lab consists of 4 labs. Procedures include coronary angiograms/PCIs, CTOs, peripheral procedures, EPS with possible ablations, pacemakers, BIVs, TAVRs, mitral clips, and Watchman/Amulet devices. The daily caseload is approximately 25-30 cases. Scrubs are provided. Experience with balloon angioplasty, PCI, stents, thrombectomy, impella insertion, left heart catheterization, right heart catheterization, and rotablader is required. Experience in obtaining vitals, outpatient care, 12-lead EKGs, and rhythm interpretation is essential. Additional preferences include experience in circulating, IV start, phlebotomy, Watchman procedures, septal closure, ablations, and pacemaker/defibrillator device placements. The flu vaccine is required during flu season. Medical and religious exemptions for the flu vaccine will be reviewed with supporting documentation.
