(07:00 - 17:30) Description: Cath Lab RN (Circulator)Start: VCH
needs the start date listed in the job order. To be considered,

Times/Schedule: 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30)Call: 2-3 call shifts per
week consisting of long or short call with 2 call weekends in a 6
week period. Short call during the week is 1730-2000 post shift as
backup call if cases are complete if cases are still running short
call will stay to complete the last case. Short call on the
weekends is backup call from 0700-1400 both Sat. and Sun. Long call
is overnight emergency call 1730-0700 staff must be on site in 30
min. or less from the time of the initial page. Long call over the
weekend starts Friday 1730-0700, Sat. 0700-0700, and Sun. 0700-0700
the weekend call team comes in for both emergent and non-emergent
cases.VA License in hand at submission is REQUIRED!Traveler must
have experience as Cath Lab Circulator RLHC/PCI, Peripheral, EP
circulating experience~Weekend: Y, typically 2 weekends of call a 6

preferably no requests for calendar week off during assignment. Any
RTO must be in initial submission and if approved, also in
confirmation document. Expect to work some holidays. RTO approved
at manager discretion. Number of months of EPIC experience in the
past 1-year (Start date will be determined by EPIC class options.
All travelers MUST attend either accelerated or 2-days EPIC class.
If a traveler is returning and was previously at VHC within the
past 6-months, they can forgo the EPIC class). Workers should
provide a statement of EPIC experience and will either test out
with one day training, or start with two days training if EPIC
experience is long in the past, or otherwise minimal.

Tech, etc.). If an IR Tech has applied for a VA license, they can
submit WITH proof of application and all other supporting

only for Clin Doc accelerated class. One attempt given, if fail
must take 2-day class. On-Call - On-call only for some areas like
OT, IR, Cath Lab - 30 mile/30 min to campus Floating , if required,

completed during orientation and factored in 16 hours of NBO,
