Job Description:

Professional Counselor who is passionate about improving mental
health and dedicated to providing high-quality personalized care in
a supportive environment. Conduct initial assessments of clients'
mental health conditions and needs. Develop and implement detailed
treatment plans based on each client’s unique circumstance. Offer
individual, family, and group counseling sessions to help clients
manage and overcome mental health problems. Record and maintain
accurate client records and closely monitor progress. Collaborate
with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers to
optimize patient care. Promote mental health awareness and
contribute to the community outreach programs. Stay updated with
the latest industry trends and best practices in counselling.
Strong empathetic and listening skills. Exceptional interpersonal
and communication skills. In-depth understanding of ethical issues
and confidentiality in therapy. Ability to adapt therapy techniques
to meet the needs of diverse client populations. Proficiency in
using electronic health record systems. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state license
as a Professional Counselor. Certification from an accredited body
such as the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC)
