We are currently seeking an RN Assistant Director of Nursing for
our Emergency Department, who will be instrumental in overseeing
the operations and administrative duties of our emergency services.
This role requires a dynamic leader skilled in clinical excellence,
staff development, and emergency department operations. The
successful candidate will collaborate with senior leadership to
ensure the highest standards of patient care and operational
efficiency. Oversee daily operations of the Emergency Department,
ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory
mandates. Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a
collaborative environment that encourages high performance and
professional development. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
to develop and implement strategies for improved patient care and
satisfaction. Manage departmental budget and resource allocation
efficiently. Ensure the department adheres to healthcare
regulations and standards, maintaining a state of readiness for
audits. Lead quality assurance and performance improvement
initiatives within the department. Strong leadership and
organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficient in healthcare management systems and electronic
health records Ability to work effectively under pressure in a
fast-paced environment Solid decision-making and problem-solving

Insurance 401k Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state
of practice Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
