Lead With Purpose. Be Present Where It Matters. T & N Services and
Solutions is seeking an on-site Clinical Director to provide
steady, hands-on leadership for our outpatient behavioral health
and substance use disorder (SUD) programs in Washington, DC. This
role is for a licensed clinician who values integrity, consistency,
and people-centered leadershipsomeone who wants to be visible,
engaged, and trusted by both staff and clients. If youre looking to
lead a program where quality care, ethical practice, and respect
for people come first, wed love to connect. What Youll Do Serve as
the on-site clinical leader for outpatient SUD and co-occurring
services Supervise and support licensed and unlicensed clinicians,
recovery coaches, and care coordinators Review clinical
documentation, treatment plans, and client progress Ensure
compliance with DBH, Medicaid, HIPAA, and ASAM standards Support
staff development, accountability, and clinical excellence
Collaborate with leadership and community partners to strengthen
outcomes Who Were Looking For Masters degree in a behavioral health
or nursing field Active, independent DC license (MD/DO,
Psychologist, LICSW, LPC, LMFT, or APRN) Experience in outpatient
behavioral health or SUD services Prior supervision experience
preferred Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and leadership
presence Strong technical proficiency and the ability to
effectively adapt and integrate technology into daily operations.
