utilizing state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment. The successful
candidate will work closely with a team of skilled healthcare
professionals to deliver high-quality care and participate in
ongoing professional development. Evaluate patient conditions and
develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans. Implement
treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and therapy
interventions. Record patient progress and adjust treatment plans
as necessary. Educate patients and their families on treatment
strategies and home exercises. Participate in collaborative care
with other healthcare professionals. Adhere to all facility
policies and maintain standards for safety and quality. Proficiency
in using physical therapy software and equipment. Strong
communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle
physical workloads and stand for prolonged periods. Capable of
critical thinking and problem-solving in clinical situations.
