Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Medical Lab Scientist for a local contract job in Elkins, West Virginia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Medical Lab Scientist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 03/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Local Contract Night Shift (3x12 or 4x12 – 19:00 to 07:00) Minimum 2 years of clinical lab experience - National Certification required (ASCP-MLS or ASCP-MLT preferred) - Experience in Blood Bank, Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Urinalysis - Hospital clinical laboratory experience required - Travel experience preferred (not mandatory) - Must live 75 miles from facility (locals not accepted) - WV or Compact License (if applicable) - Flu vaccine required (medical exemption only) About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
