Informaticists to work with one of our top healthcare clients! They
are looking for people to start as soon as next week! Location :
Openings in Texas, Arkansas, Kentucky, Georgia, Tennessee, Seattle
and more Travel : 100% onsite at one of the above locations; you
can travel home on the weekend Duration : Multi-year project Pay :
$65 - $70/hr W2 Start Date : ASAP Openings: 40 (Most are Ambulatory
or Acute) Description : About the Role We are seeking a locally
based Clinical Informaticist (CI) to serve as a critical liaison
between clinical operations and Information Technology. This role
supports the full lifecycle of clinical technology initiatives,
ensuring that system workflows, training, and technology
enhancements align with evidence-based practice and drive
measurable improvements in patient safety and care quality. The
ideal candidate brings strong clinical experience, informatics
knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex
healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the bridge
between clinical teams and IT to support clinical information
systems Lead workflow analysis to improve efficiency, reliability,
and user adoption of clinical systems Support implementation and
go-live activities for clinical technology initiatives Communicate
system changes, upgrades, and downtime notifications to clinical
stakeholders Provide EHR training, competency validation, and
informatics education to end users Develop and maintain system
design standards and workflow documentation Partner with leaders
and subject matter experts to design and optimize clinical
workflows Participate in projects focused on system enhancements
and user efficiency improvements Contribute to the full project
lifecycle, including: Defining scope and objectives Developing
timelines and milestones Coordinating resources and assigned work
Providing status updates and risk mitigation planning Review
optimization requests and assess workflow impact Collaborate with
IT teams to research and resolve break-fix issues Participate in
committees and workgroups as an informatics resource Conduct
facility rounding as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor’s
degree required Minimum 2 years of clinical experience Active
clinical license (e.g., RN, RT, PT, or similar) Ability to work
effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment Preferred
Qualifications Epic certification Informatics certification
Experience supporting clinical system implementations and workflow
redesign What We’re Looking For Strong analytical and

skills Experience with adult learning principles and clinical
education delivery Demonstrated ability to influence workflow
