Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience. • Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. • 6 months of acute care experience. • BSN completion preferred Requirements: • Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license (required for submission). • This role will require floating to multiple units • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted. • COVID booster required after submission. Declinations not accepted. • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: TruStaff Program - Bon Secours Mercy Health and no current placement allowed at Program: TruStaff Program - Bon Secours Mercy Health. Additional Details: Required Credentials: MUST pass EKG Exam at Orientation. Preferred Credentials: Critical Care Course. Shift & Scheduling: Required to work every other weekend and major holidays.
