Outpatient | Monday–Friday Outpatient Primary Care – Adult & Senior
Population A well-established outpatient primary care practice in
Bromley, VA is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine
or Family Medicine) to join a team-based, value-focused care
environment serving adults and seniors. This role is ideal for
physicians who value continuity of care, longer visit times, and
thoughtful management of complex patients within a supportive
clinical model. Position Highlights - Outpatient primary care only
- Monday–Friday schedule - No hospital rounding or inpatient
responsibilities - Focus on adult and geriatric patients -
Team-based care with strong clinical and administrative support -
Emphasis on quality, outcomes, and preventive care Key
Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive primary care for adult and
senior patients - Manage chronic conditions and preventive health
services - Build long-term patient relationships - Collaborate with
interdisciplinary care teams - Practice within established clinical
guidelines and quality measures - Participate in population health
initiatives Qualifications - Board Certified or Board Eligible in
Internal Medicine or Family Medicine - Eligible for or active
Virginia medical license - Comfortable caring for older adults with
multiple chronic conditions - Interest in preventive and
