for patient documentation and care coordination. About the Facility

gardens, and cultural sites that provide seasonal experiences and
recreational activities throughout the year. About the Clinician's
Workday The nurse practitioner will deliver comprehensive family
medicine care to adult patients in a correctional facility setting,
managing diverse primary care needs including chronic disease
management, acute illness treatment, and preventive healthcare
services. The clinician will maintain a consistent schedule of
Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with no call
requirements, utilizing the Naphcare EMR system for documentation
and patient care coordination. Daily responsibilities include
conducting thorough patient evaluations for approximately 18-20
patients, collaborating with registered nurses and licensed
practical nurses to ensure optimal patient outcomes within the
specialized correctional healthcare environment. Additional Job
