Job Description:
This Position is Subject to Contract Award JANUS Research Group
is currently seeking an Intelligence Systems Analyst SSO for a
contract to support the Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS, G8. The DCS G-8
is the principal military advisor to the Chief of Staff, Army (CSA)
and the Assistant Secretary of the Army, Financial Management and
Comptroller (ASA(FMC)) for the Programming phase of the Planning,
Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process. The DCS, G-8
coordinates with the Assistant Secretary of the Army, Acquisition,
Logistics, and Technology (ASA(ALT)) on all proposed programming
and process recommendations related to ongoing and future
acquisition programs and science and technology initiatives. The
DCS, G-8 coordinates with Army Futures Command (AFC) for program
funding for all elements of the future force materiel modernization
enterprise. Qualifications: Have Military Intelligence experience
at the tactical, operational, strategic, and national levels Be
familiar with the doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures
associated with Army intelligence units and equipment. SSO must be
able to organize, coordinate, and synchronize working groups in
support of the Strategic Portfolio Analysis Review (SPAR), Program
Objective Memorandum (POM), and Army Requirements Oversight Council
(AROC) Be able to write and brief information on assigned Programs
Have the ability to analyze, prioritize and validate Intelligence,
Electronic Warfare and Cyber requirements to provide the current
and future Army with timely and decisive warfighting capabilities
Knowledge of the full range of tactical ISR, EW, and Cyber Systems
are required. Have a foundational level of operational and / or
technical and educational experience / expertise in Combat, Combat
Support, Combat Service Support, or combined arms formations and
procedures associated with these tactical formations, synthetic
training environments Expertise with Force Development
Human-Machine Integration (FDH) specific programs to be supported.
FDH specific programs can include, but are not limited to, robotic
combat vehicles, small Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (sUAS), loitering
munitions, robotics, modular mission payloads, advanced autonomous
behaviors, machine learning, Artificial Intelligence, synthetic
training devices, and networks Active TS/SCI security clearance
