Ultrasound Tech Location: Norfolk, VA Agency: AMN Healthcare Allied Pay: $2,999 to $3,090 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Description & Requirements Cardiovascular Non-Invasive Technologist - Echo Sonographer - (Cardiac - Echo - Sonography - Sono) StartDate: 4/27/2026 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2999.00 - $3090.00 RDCS (PE), ARDMS, CCI Days, 40 hours a week, will cover holidays, weekends and on call. The Sonographer will perform various modalities of cardiac ultrasound, including transthoracic echo, stress echo and assistance in transesophageal echo. The role also performs other noninvasive testing, including electrocardiograms and the application of Holter monitors. Sonographer is accountable for the preparations of premilitary interpretation reports for the echocardiograms, billing procedures, study transmittal and coverage for satellite sites. Required Qualifications Sonographer, Echo Experience: 2 years Certifications: RDCS-PE-ARDMS References: 1 Reference in entire work history Must have one of the following RDCS (PE), ARDMS, CCI Days, 40 hours a week, will cover holidays, weekends and on call.
