Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical - Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Medical-Surgical nursing License: Current nursing license required Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Prior travel experience required - Charge responsibility may be required, and appropriate pay differential and training will be provided Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical-Surgical care. The RN will work 12-hour night shifts with a patient ratio of 1:5 to 1:6 in a Clinical Observation Unit. Assignments will typically end on Saturday. The schedule will require 2 to 3 weekends per month based on unit needs. Locals within a certain distance from the facility are not accepted. The role involves collaboration with students and new hires, fostering a culture of support. Charge responsibilities may also be a requirement, with training provided.
