Are you a Board Certified Pediatric Neurologist seeking a locum tenens opportunity? Facility near Haynesville, VA, is currently looking for coverage in their Pediatric Neurology department.

Assignment Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: Ongoing
• Shift Type: Days
• Estimated Shifts:
  • M-F clinic (4-6 patients, hospital on call for consults, EEG reads)
  • M-F night call
  • Saturday and Sunday 24-hour call
• Weekend Requirements: Yes
• On Call Requirements: Yes

This opportunity offers a mix of clinic hours and on-call coverage, providing a well-rounded experience in Pediatric Neurology. The clinic focuses on outpatient care, with providers primarily handling consultations and referrals. The facility utilizes the Epic EMR system for seamless record-keeping.

Mandated Job Requirements:

• Board Certified in Pediatric Neurology (REQUIRED)
• Active VA License & DEA (Highly preferred; providers needing to obtain license will be reviewed)
• BLS Certified (REQUIRED)
• COVID Vaccinated (Noted at time of name clear)
• EEG interpretation and inpatient coverage are essential responsibilities for the provider.

• 2 LPNs
• 1 Receptionist
