Commission/CMS-accredited psychiatric facility located in the

and is nationally recognized for our Psychosocial Rehabilitation

Position Overview: Western State Hospital is seeking a full time
Housekeeping Worker to work 12pm to 8:30 pm or 3:30 pm to 12 pm.
This position will provide a safe, sanitary, and attractive
environment for patients, staff, and visitors at Western State
Hospital (WSH). The Housekeeping Worker will ensure bathrooms and
shower rooms are cleaned daily; will replenish paper products;
ensure all trash removed daily; clean mirrors; ensure floors are
mopped daily; and ensure walls and ceilings are cleaned as needed.
This position is eligible for shift differential: 3 pm to 8:30 pm
weekday - $1.21/HR 3 pm to 11:30 pm weekday - $1.21/HR 3 pm to 8:30
pm weekend - $1.94/HR 3 pm to 11:30 pm weekend - $1.94/HR Key
Responsibilities: - Ensure bathrooms & shower rooms are cleaned
daily - Replenish paper products - Ensure trash removed daily -
Ensure floors are mopped daily - Windows, doors, fixtures cleaned
as needed - Wipe down tables and chairs - Finishing floors as

Qualifications - General knowledge in cleaning bathrooms, bedrooms,
dayrooms, floor finishing, and cleaning/operating housekeeping
equipment. - Must be able to read, write, and communicate in
English to understand work instructions, safety guidelines, and
complete required documentation. - Ability to perform basic math
calculations. - Ability to lift heavy objects; stand for prolonged
periods and walk on various surfaces; and climb ladders, work on
