Job Description Job Description Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to join a well-established practice in Richmond, VA . The ideal candidate is patient-centered, clinically strong, and committed to delivering high-quality primary care to an adult and/or family population. Qualifications Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Active Virginia medical license (or eligibility for licensure) U.S. medical graduate (stateside) 5–20 years of clinical experience in a primary care setting Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to care Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions Develop and manage treatment plans in collaboration with patients Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff Compensation Annual salary range: $225,000 – $285,000 , commensurate with experience Why Join Us Competitive compensation Established patient base Supportive clinical and administrative team Practice located in a vibrant and growing community in Richmond, VA Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
