Job Description:
Job Description The System Administrator will provide onsite
support to a Federal Government client in Washington, DC. This role
provides Microsoft Server Operating System support for AV
technology (ie Crestron in O365 environment) for collaboration,
meetings, training, and specialized use meeting rooms. Primary
Duties:- Experience with Microsoft Operating System, preferably
with AV technology performing updates and patch management of AV
hardware and software to keep current and secure - Serve as liaison
between the AV and O365 team- Implements appropriate controls and
quality assurance; ensures adherence to client processes and
procedures, consistent and efficient trouble resolution, error
reduction, and continuous process improvement.- Provide
recommendations and support for audio-visual integration projects
at client facilities for mission critical and high-visibility
command center, conference rooms and meeting spaces.- Keep track of
work efforts, time, and products via ServiceNow ticketing system on
a daily basis- Create and maintain AV documentation as it relates
to Microsoft Office OS- Demonstrate ability to work successfully in
a fast-paced and changing environmentRequired Education,
Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree plus 1-3 year experience with Microsoft
Server Operating Systems or 4-6 years equivalent work
experience
- 5 years' experience within Microsoft environment, preferably
with AV technology
- Microsoft Certification strongly preferred
- Support DC client onsite 3-4 days per week as neededPay
InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $73370 - $124740Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures. However,
individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors
including, but not limited to: business considerations, local
market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate
qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Employee
