Overview Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Systems Administrator on a 10 year contract providing User Facing and Data Center Services supporting an Intelligence Community customerAll the personnel on the team will work together to support innovative design, engineering, procurement, implementation, operations, sustainment and disposal of user facing and data center information technology (IT) services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide, to support the IC missionThe right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionallyResponsibilities--- Systems administration of desktop and server systems connected to local and wide area networksDesktop system management responsibilities involving account monitoring, security, Operating System (OS) installation, and other local area system administration related functions.--- Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems and management of system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems--- Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.--- Provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution--- Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers--- Installs/loads operating system and application software--- Isolates and resolves hardware and software problems involving the applications, the operating system, the hardware, the communications infrastructure, or any combination thereof--- Troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance--- Performs software installations and upgrades to Unix/Windows operating systems and layered software packages and maintains them in accordance with established policies, procedures and service level agreements;
