IT Program and Project ManagerThe Opportunity:Do you embrace a

for an IT Project Manager who can translate larger program goals
into well-designed project plans and assist the client in
developing innovative solutions to complex problems. You know that

project goals to participating in organizational development and
being a key contributor to team success.In this role, you'll

problems. You'll work directly with clients to help ensure tasks
are managed effectively. You will work closely with the client to
develop operational processes based on the Information Technology
Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework. You'll empower our clients
through communication, ensuring the program achieves its goals and
meets our quality standards. You'll engage with clients to collect,
understand, and define their IT requirements, analyze and translate
those requirements into project plans and milestones, operational
processes, and create realistic schedules to manage and report
progress. You'll also write and deliver executive leadership-level
communications and briefings.Work with us and ensure Navy client
accomplishes its goals within budget as we improve cloud IT

Have:5+ years of experience in IT project management and IT service
operation managementExperience supporting the Department of
DefenseExperience with the ITIL service lifecycleAbility to
develop, implement, manage, or assess IT service management
processesKnowledge of IT infrastructure and network concepts, best
practices, and developing client solutionsExperience planning,
scheduling, coordinating, and delivering IT projectsExperience with
end user IT hardware and software capabilities and processes for
workstations, tablets, and mobile phonesSecret clearanceBachelor's
degreeNice If You Have:Experience in Navy programs or
operationsAbility to work independently with minimal direction and
help lead a teamAbility to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks
and conflicts across workstreamsITIL Foundations CertificationSAFe
Program Consultant CertificationProject Management Professional
(PMP) CertificationScrum Master, Leading SAFe, Agile Practitioner,
Agile Project Delivery Management (APM), or Lean Six Sigma
Blackbelt CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be

is determined by various factors, including but not limited to
location, the individuals particular combination of education,
knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as
contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to
$172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the
typical salary range for this position and is just one component of
Booz Allens total compensation package for employees. This posting
will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.Work ModelOur
