Active Top Secret Clearance are required. CGI Federal is currently
looking for a Senior-level Cloud Information Systems Security
Officer with active Top Secret clearance to support a large project
for a federal government client. The Senior Cloud ISSO will work in
an agile environment, applying advanced technical skills in a
fast-paced setting. The role involves leading the design,
implementation, and oversight of secure cloud systems and networks,
driving compliance efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional
teams and stakeholders. Your future duties and responsibilities: •
Lead the identification and documentation of cloud security
requirements. • Oversee the implementation and validation of
security controls for cloud-based systems. • Conduct architecture
reviews and security assessments for cloud environments. • Ensure
compliance with federal cybersecurity frameworks and cloud security
standards. • Manage incident response and continuous monitoring
activities across cloud platforms. • Review and approve System
Security Plans (SSPs), Security Requirements Traceability Matrixes
(SRTMs), and other compliance documentation. • Coordinate audit
readiness and support external/internal audit engagements. • Advise
stakeholders on cloud security risks, mitigation strategies, and
best practices. Required qualifications to be successful in this
role: Required Qualifications to Be Successful in This Role: •
Active Top Secret clearance (TS). • U.S. Citizenship is required
due to the nature of the government contract. • Bachelor’s or
advanced degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer
Science, Information Systems, or related field. • 8 years of
experience in cybersecurity, including 5 years in cloud security
operations. • Advanced Cyber Certification (DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level
III). • Cloud certification in one or more of the following: o AWS
Certified Solutions Architect (Professional) o Microsoft Certified
Azure Solutions Architect Expert o Google Cloud Professional Cloud
Architect o Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) •
Expertise in NIST RMF, cloud-native security tools, and
software-defined networking. • CISSP Desired Qualifications: •
Experience with cloud architecture and migration strategies. •
Familiarity with vulnerability assessment tools such as Nessus,
ACAS, or similar. • Experience with GRC platforms such as XACTA. •
Knowledge of Enterprise Cross Domain Solutions (ECDS). • Experience
supporting IC or DoD cybersecurity initiatives. CGIFederalJob
