following job description: JOB SUMMARY Assist in developing and
implementing business unit projects and strategies. Resolve
day-to-day needs of assigned business unit, with focus on the
analysis of internal systems, procedures or processes. Prepare
reports for managers, contribute to recommendations in making
strategic and operational business decisions. Technical resource of
assigned system(s). requires strong level of GL experience with
Intermediate excel ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following
is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties
may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned
below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Support
Dealer Retail Services, Direct to Consumer, Small Business, Wealth
and Premier Portfolios. 2. Support processes that manage risk for
complex regulatory and compliance processes on behalf of the
Community Bank. 3. Assist in managing the development and
implementation of strategic initiatives within the team. Provide
input to support planning and prioritization of business systems
related activities. 4. Act as a subject matter expert for
inter-departmental projects and to assist with teammate escalated
issues. 5. Lead project-oriented work efforts of problem
identification and resolution, performance, productivity
improvement, quality enhancements, training and delivery. 6.
Coordinate system(s) or program implementation, develop and test
any training as a result of conclusions reached in project-related
activities or policy change. 7. Gather data, create and maintain
data in order to compile and prepare reports, graphs, and charts to
help establish procedures and quality control standards. 8.
Coordinate review of and updates to procedures to meet business
unit changes, to insure compliance with policies and government
regulations. 9. Develop and maintain a professional relationship
with vendor(s) supporting assigned system(s) 10. Coordinate
business unit changes with internal and external business partners,
to ensure continuity throughout the department. QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are

degree or equivalent education, training and work-related
experience. 2. Four years of banking experience. 3. Excellent
knowledge and understanding of technical problems and solutions in
relation to the of assigned line of business 4. Proficient in basic
computer applications such as MicroSoft Office software products 5.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills 6. Ability to
work and think independently 7. Willingness to support change
initiatives and process improvements 8. Strong analytical ability
9. Ability to travel, greater than 10% Preferred Qualifications: 1.
Master's degree in business, information systems management or
equivalent education, training and work-related experience. 2.
Experience in project management and system implementation General
