Position Description: CGI Federal has an exciting opportunity
for an Edge Requirements Manager within our Intel sector advancing
the national security mission through cutting edge technology. You
must have a passion for keeping pace with rapidly evolving
technology advancements and leveraging your knowledge on a highly
collaborative team to deliver state-of-the-art capabilities. The
Edge Requirements Manager involves managing requirements for a
project with a focus on "edge" technologies, which could be
anything from cutting-edge software to specific organizational or
operational strategies like EDGE certification or intelligence
collection. Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting
requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders and
technical teams, ensuring requirements align with business
objectives, and overseeing the change management process. The role
requires a blend of strategic understanding, strong communication
and analytical skills, and knowledge of the specific "edge" domain,
whether it's in finance, technology, intelligence, or green
building. CGI Federal is growing its high-performance team whose

outcome-driven mission. This position is located in USA VA
Arlington, however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. Your
future duties and responsibilities: • Requirements Management:
Oversee the entire requirements lifecycle, from initial ideation to
final implementation. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge
between business leaders, product owners, development teams, and
customers to gather, analyze, and validate requirements. •
Documentation: Create clear, concise, and comprehensive documents
such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional
specifications, user stories, and use cases. • Requirements
Analysis: Evaluate requirements for completeness, consistency,
feasibility, and alignment with project goals and business value. •
Change Management: Implement and maintain processes for managing
changes to requirements, often using tools like Requirements
Traceability Matrices (RTMs). • Strategic Alignment: Ensure that
gathered requirements directly support the overall objectives and
strategy of the organization or project. • Risk and Issue
Management: Identify and manage risks and issues that may impact
the successful implementation of requirements. • Quality Assurance
Support: Work with QA teams to ensure test plans and test cases
accurately reflect and validate the requirements. Required
qualifications to be successful in this role: Journeyman: •
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree and/or 2 to 5 years
of experience • Security Clearance: TS/SCI required with the
ability to obtain a TS/SCI with Poly highly desired • Technical
Acumen: Understand the specific technologies, processes, or
standards relevant to the "edge" domain of the role. • Strong
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively
facilitate discussions, present findings, and document
requirements. • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to
break down complex problems, analyze data, and develop sound
recommendations. • Leadership and Mentoring: Ability to guide and
coach teams, foster best practices, and build collaborative
relationships. • Agile and Systems Engineering Practices:
Experience in aligning traditional systems engineering with agile
methodologies for flexible and iterative capability delivery. •
Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of the industry. Senior: •
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 5 to 10 years of
experience • Security Clearance: TS/SCI required with the ability
to obtain a TS/SCI with Poly highly desired • Technical Acumen:
Understand the specific technologies, processes, or standards
relevant to the "edge" domain of the role. • Strong Communication:
Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively facilitate
discussions, present findings, and document requirements. •
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to break down
complex problems, analyze data, and develop sound recommendations.
• Leadership and Mentoring: Ability to guide and coach teams,
foster best practices, and build collaborative relationships. •

Deep understanding of the industry. CGI is required by law in some
jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation
range for this role. The determination of this range includes
various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience,
relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the
ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does
not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their
role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and
circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current
range for this role in the U.S. is $100,000.00 - $200000.00. CGI
