Manager, Project Management The MiDaS Project Management Office
team is looking for a talented and eager Manager In Project
Management. This team is a part of the Analytics and Innovation
(A&I) tower within the Enterprise Risk Organization (ERO). The
MiDaS Team is composed of risk managers and data stewards who
collaborate with ERO business units and their data partners to
ensure the adherence to Capital One Data Management policies and
initiatives. In this exciting role, you will work closely with key
stakeholders to deliver results that will have a direct impact on
the bottom line of the company. This role will be responsible for
building relationships across lines of business and partner teams
in ERO. You will serve as an important culture carrier for the
organization, modeling the right behaviors and creating a shared
sense of purpose, leadership, and accountability with and for the
team. You will foster the culture of MiDaS and A&I and be a
critical piece to the team vision and values. You will be
responsible for moving the needle across several key functions
including supporting both the SLT and broader organization to drive
strategic goals, identify and realize efficiencies, and ensure
brand alignment. The ideal candidate will be an excellent
communicator, able to build and nurture strategic relationships,
able to think on their feet, understand the process of setting and
delivering on strategic goals, and know how to drive change. They
should be able to connect the dots between good process and great
results, effectively influence others to achieve goals, and drive
meaningful conversations. Candidates should be self-motivated, with
strong organizational skills, attention to detail, executive
presence, and a passion for solving problems. This is an excellent

Define and execute projects and routines to support the
organization, including, but not limited to project and change
management, culture and engagement initiatives and other governance

organizational dynamics, as you position the team and organization
for success Exhibit a proven track record of project management,
bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage
the work in a dynamic complex environment Demonstrate
organizational agility to adapt to changing demands Demonstrate
quality problem solving, collaboration and influencing skills

Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience At least 4 years of
Program Management, Project Management, or Portfolio Management
experience At least 1 year of experience using PowerPoint or Google
Slides At least 1 year of experience using Excel or Google Sheets
Preferred Qualifications: Masters Degree 5 years of Project
Management experience 3 years of experience in PowerPoint or Google
Slides 3 years of experience in Excel or Google Sheets 3 years of
experience in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) Project Management
Professional (PMP) certification, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma

minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are
listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information
is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these
locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay
at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be
prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly
worked. McLean, VA: $151,900 - $173,400 for Manager, Project
Management Richmond, VA: $138,100 - $157,700 for Manager, Project
Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be
subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the
actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the
time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer
letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based
incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or
long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or
